We have been completely satisfied with everything that Mike has done for us to help get our house sold before winter....which was our hope. He has gone above and beyond our expectations, and kept taking more and better pictures of our home and even did a virtual tour, since the Covid pandemic kept us from having an open home etc. He always wore a mask and made sure everyone that came in our house did the same. He was always here for every showing and always on time and respected our wishes to be here for the showings also. He is a wonderful realtor!!

Mike has the professionalism and knowledge of a great realtor. He is dedicated and works hard for his client. He is very responsive usually answering messages in a couple of hours. He even responded on Sunday nights to questions regarding our transaction. Excellent communication skills and negotiating techniques. I would use Mike again in a heartbeat if the situation were to arise. Thanks Mike.

Michael Kent went over and beyond trying to help us find a place. When we settled on a home in Corvallis, MT. He worked hard to keep us informed about changes, since we were living in OR. My husband is a veteran and they set us up with Coldwell Banker and Michael Kent. Over the past year trying to sell our place we dealt with a couple of realtors and never had them treat us as good as Michael has. Working on a scale of one to 10 we give Michael a score of 11. Thanks, Michael, for being there for us and all your hard work.

I highly recommend Michael Kent. My brother was making the move to Montana and had no idea what to expect. It was going to be a tough transition from Texas. With so many changes ahead for my brother we began to look for a realtor we could trust. I'm a realtor in Texas and wanted to make sure my brother and his family were in good hands. We found that in Michael.

Mike is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We were not familiar with the area and he took the time to drive us around and show it to us. We completely changed our location of where we wanted to purchase a home in the state and Mike was more than happy to continue to represent us in our search. He set up a full day of showings in the specific neighborhood that we wanted to be in and also gave his expert knowledge when discussing features of the home. We felt like we were searching for houses with a friend rather than a real estate agent. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

We moved out here from Oregon, and we knew from the first meeting that he understood what we needed and how to help our dream become a reality. He ended up helping us find a place that suited our atypical needs, and after we found it went above and beyond to help us close the deal and with our best interests financially. He was fair and honest and understood the local market. We had trouble getting insurance in the middle of all the fires going on, and he kept us updated daily, checking multiple times per day and calling everyone imaginable to see if there was a way to help us get the deal settled and moving forward. We are so happy that we were working with Mike. We will absolutely recommend him to anyone we find in need of a realtor, and we already feel like we have a friend in the area!

His professionalism, ethics, personality, hard-work and dedication are just a few qualities that come to mind when thinking of our experience with Mike and buying property. He was respectful and aware of our needs and wants. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion and never forgotten or put on the back burner of importance. Mike was there via phone, email, or in person when needed, no doubt. Many times, our conversations took place 2200 miles away! This in itself should speak measures. Michael was so easy to work with. He is flexible and works with your schedule. I found him to be honest and hard working. He listened to our wants and needs and found us several homes to look at in our price range. Never any pressure from him. He didn't try to show us homes out of our desired budget, like some realtors do. We even asked to look at a couple of homes a second time as we were making our decision and Michael never made us feel as if we were being difficult or a burden on his time. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you are saying to him. He worked side by side with our mortgage lender, always keeping in touch and helping if needed. Michael works hard so you don't have to. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. I have no doubts that he would work just as hard to sell your home too!
